Ingredients
Crabs 600 g (1-1/3 lb) (Washed cut into pieces and drained)
Red chilies 2 (Cut into strips)
Green onions 2 (Sectioned)
Onion 1/2 (Chopped)
Curry powder 1 tbsp
Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
Sauce Mix Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce (Thai Style Garlic Chili Sauce) 3 tbsp
Coconut milk 175 ml (3/4 cup)
Method
1. Deep-fry crabs in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
2. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Sauté onion, minced garlic, green onions, red chilies and curry powder until fragrant.
3. Add crabs, sauce mix and heat through.
