  Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce is a medium hot chili sauce made from a careful blend of ripened chilies and a hint of garlic. Delicious for use as a condiment or stir-frying.

Serves: 4

Ingredients
Salmon steaks 300 g (10 oz) (Cut into halves)
Onion 1/2 (Shredded)
Bell pepper 1/2 (Shredded)
Canned baby corn 50 g (2 oz) (Drained and sliced)

Marinade
Egg white 1 (Beaten)
Corn starch 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper to Taste

Sauce Mix
Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 5 tbsp
Sugar 1-1/2 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

Method
1. Mix salmon with marinade.
2. Deep-fry salmon in hot oil until golden
    yellow and done. Drain.
3. Sauté onion in 2 tbsp oil. Add bell pepper,
    baby corn and sauce mix. Stir well for
    about 1 minute until heated through. Stir
    in fried salmon lightly.
