Ingredients
Shrimp meat 350 g (12 oz) (Deveined)
Frozen soybean kernels 120 g (4 oz) (Defrosted)
Bell pepper 1 (Diced)
Garlic 2 (Sliced)
Sauce Mix
Lee Kum Kee Guilin Chili Sauce / Lee Kum Kee Extra Hot Guilin Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp
Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Water 4 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

| Method
1. Blanch shrimp meat and soybeans in boiling water. Drain.
2. Sauté garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add shrimp meat, soybeans, bell pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute. Stir in sauce mix and heat through.
