Healthy Soy Recipe:
 
Stir-fry ground beef with leek & tofu

Ingredients:

2 slices Baby leeks (white and pale green parts only), cut diagonally into 1/8-inch-thick slices
300 g Firm tofu cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 tbsp Peanut oil
1 tsp Chinese rice wine
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean Sauce
1 tsp Minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Sauce
2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder (dilute with 1/4
cup of water to create broth)
1/2 tsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp cold water
Method:
  1. Heat non-stick pan over high heat. Add 1/2 tbsp oil to coat wok.

  2. Add beef and stir-fry, breaking up lumps, about 2 minutes.

  3. Stir in wine and 1/2 tsp soy sauce and stir-fry 30 seconds

  4. Add chili bean sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, about 15 seconds.

  5. Add ginger, chili powder, and black bean sauce and stir fry about 30 seconds.

  6. Add broth, remaining 1/2 tsp soy sauce, and tofu, then reduce heat and simmer about 2 minutes.

  7. Add leeks and simmer until just tender for 2 to 3 minutes.

  8. Stir in corn starch mixture until sauce is thickened, about 1 minute.
