| Working Ladies Simple Lunch Recipe
| Easy cold noodle (2 serves) |

| Ingredients: |

2 bundles Japanese thin white wheat noodles (somen)
1/2 shredded cucumber
1 small tomato, seeded and diced
2 slices shredded ham
4 sticks of shredded imitation crab meat
1 teaspoon of toasted white sesame seed
2 stalks of finely chopped coriander
3 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Dumplings |

Cooking Method:
- Bring 1.5 liter of water to a boil. Add noodles. Simmer noodles until just tender and slightly translucent.
- Drain noodles in a colander and rinse well under cold water.
- Place cold noodle into a lunch box, top noodle with the shredded ham, imitated crab meat, cucumber, diced tomato and chopped coriander.
- Mix sesame seeds with Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Dumplings.
- Drizzle the sauce over cold noodle when serves.
