The 36 Hong Kong Products Expo, which was
held on 15 December, 2001 to 7th January, 2002 at Tim
Ma Venue, was well received by the public with over 1.3 million visitors.
This year, Lee Kum Kee booth was located at
Brandname Square with special highlights on the exhibition of the largest model
of Oyster Sauce in
the world and ˇ§The Legend of Oyster Sauceˇ¨.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony
for the oyster sauce model was held on December 15, 2001, officiated by
Mr. M. T. Lee, Group Chairman of Lee Kum Kee, Mr. Eddy Lee, Chairman of
Lee Kum Kee, Mr. David Lee, Executive Director, Mr. Charlie Lee, Executive
Director, Mr. Sammy Lee, Executive Director and Mrs. Elizabeth Mok, Director
of Technical Service. The oyster sauce model is on scale of Lee Kum Kee
Premium Oyster Sauce, it is six meters tall and is the highest model of
oyster sauce in the world. The model not only attracted the overwhelming
traffic to take photos and received the praising from fans of Lee Kum Kee Premium
Oyster Sauce. |
