On March 27, a group of 30 students and teachers from an Australia high school ¡V North Sydney Boy's High School visited Lee Kum Kee's Hong Kong
plant. They came to Hong Kong for cultural exchange and understand of local culture and specialties. They chose Lee Kum Kee as one of the places
to visit.
We shared with them Chinese food culture, including cooking techniques and regional differences. We had an overview of Lee Kum Kee products,
history and a brief introduction on quality assurance system and testing lab function.
Our guests gained a better understanding of the production process of LKK products and were deeply impressed by the quality of our production
line. Besides, students were keen on cooking demo session and they enjoyed very much on the food and the cooking experience.
