Agar-agar Salad With Oyster Sauce

Ingredient:
Carrot and cucumber 120 g [4 oz] [shredded], Roasted chicken breast 75 g [about 2.5 oz] [shredded], Agar-agar 20 g [sectioned]
Dressing:
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 2 tbsp, Lee Kum Kee White Vinegar 1 tbsp, Wasabi 2 tsp
Method:
1. Soak agar-agar in cold drinking water until softened. Drain.
2. Arrange all ingredients in a deep bowl and chill. Mix well with dressing before serving.
Tips:
Agar-agar is available in wet market, groceries and supermarkets.
