Chicken Steaks with Black Currant Sauce

 

Serving Size: 2

Ingredient:

Chicken steaks 4 small pieces [about 450 g/l lb ], Balck grapes 6 [sliced]. Red wine 2 tbsp, baked potatoes and fresh vegetables for serving.

Marinade:

Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 2 tbsp, Corn starch 2 tsp, Black pepper to taste

Sauce Mix:

Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 1 tbsp, Suagr 1 tbsp, Black currant juice 125ml [1/2 cup], Corn starch 2 tsp

Method:

1. Mix chicken steaks with marinade. Pan-fry chicken steaks in 2 tbsp oil over low heat until done. Set aside

2. Bring sauce mix to the boil. Turn off heat and stir in black grapes and red wine. Pour over chicken steaks, Serve with baked potatoes and fresh vegetables.
