Beef fillet 12 thin slices [about 250 g/8 oz], Carrot 90 g [3 oz] [cut into strips], Asparagus 50 g [2 oz] [cut into strips], Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 1 tbsp
Sauce Mix:
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp, Water 7 tbsp, Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp, Sugar 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Mix beef with oyster sauce.
2. Blanch carrot and asparagus in boiling water for a short while. Drain. Put vegetables on beef slices and roll up.
3. Pan-fry beef rolls in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Heat through sauce mix and pour over beef rolls.
Tips:
Use salt to marinate beef will make the meat become tough because it will drain water from meat. It is better to use Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce to be marinade which convenient and tasty.
