Beef (rump) 150g, Siu Chun mushrooms 120 g, Young vegetables 75 g

Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce a little, Corn starch a little, Sugar a little

Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 1 tbsp, Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark soy Sauce a little, Sugara little
Method:
1. Slice beef. Marinate beef for 10 minutes.
2. Cook Siu Chun mushrooms in stock until done. Set aside.
3. Heat wok. Deep-fry beef in warm oil until done. Set aside. Stir-fry beef, vegetables and mushrooms.
Add seasonings and stir well. Put on a serving plate.
