  Lee Kum Kee Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
Lee Kum Kee Thai Sweet Chili Sauce is a sweet and mild sauce made from high quality select ingredients, including chili pepper and garlic. Best as a dip for BBQ and fried chicken. Also a perfect dressing for salad and accompaniment for spring rolls, crispy wantons, fish cakes and other fried dishes.

Serves: 4

Ingredients
Bean vermicelli (Bean threads) 1 packet
(100 g/3.5 oz) (Soaked and drained)
Hot water 500 ml (2 cups)
Minced pork 90 g (3 oz)
Dried wood fungus 1 small piece (About 5 g) (Soaked and shredded)
Red Chili 1 (Shredded)
Onion 1/2 (Shredded)
Green bell pepper 1/2 (Shredded)
Chinese parsley (For garnish) optional

Seasoning Mix
Lee Kum Kee Thai Sweet Chili Sauce 6 tbsp
Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Lime juice about 2 tbsp
Fish sauce 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp (Optional)

Chicken Stock
Lee Kum Kee Chicken
Bouillon Powder
1/2 tsp (2.5 g)
Hot water 6 tbsp

Method
1. Microwave bean vermicelli with hot water
    at high for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with
    iced water. Keep chill.
2. Mix chicken stock with minced pork, wood
    fungus and onion. Microwave at high for
    about 3 minutes or until pork is done.
3. Stir in green bell pepper and red chili. Let
    cool and mix well with bean vermicelli and
    seasoning mix. Sprinkle with Chinese
    parsley. Serve cold.
