Ingredients
Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean Sauce (Toban Djan) 2 tbsp
Bean curd (Tofu) (Soft) 350 g (12 oz) (Diced)
Minced beef/pork 120 g (4 oz)
Method
1. Stir-fry beef in 1 tbsp oil until done. Add bean curd and Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean Sauce. Cook through.
