  Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce is a medium hot chili sauce made from a careful blend of ripened chilies and a hint of garlic. Delicious for use as a condiment or stir-frying.

Serves: 4

Ingredients
Eggplant 400 g (14 oz) (Cut into strips)
Minced pork or chicken 150 g (5 oz)

Marinade
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp

Sauce Mix
Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce 3-1/2 tbsp
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tsp
Water 3 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp

Method
1. Mix pork with marinade.
2. Blanch eggplant in boiling water until
    tender. Drain.
3. Stir-fry pork in 2 tbsp oil until done. Stir in
    sauce mix, eggplant and heat through.
