Babson College, located in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Established by Roger Babson in 1919, Babson College is recognized internationally for its entrepreneurial leadership in a changing global environment.
Babson grants BS degrees through its innovative undergraduate program. It grants MBA and custom MS and MBA degrees through the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business . Both programs are accredited by the AACSB International¡XThe Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Additionally, Babson offers distinct executive education programs to help companies reach their strategic goals: Custom Degree and Credit Programs, Consortium Programs, and Open-Enrollment Programs. The Arthur M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship is the hub for entrepreneurial activity at Babson. Frontiers of Entrepreneurship Research
Frontiers of Entrepreneurship Research is a compilation of the conference proceedings and of the top 40 papers presented each year at the Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference (BCERC). BCERC is widely considered the premier research conference on entrepreneurship and the work truly exemplifies new frontiers in the discipline of entrepreneurship. Research representing institutions from around the globe including leading Babson faculty research is included as part of this publication.
Global Entrepreneurship Monitor(GEM)
Babson, in partnership with the London School of Business, conducts the world¡¦s largest and longest standing, globally focused entrepreneurship research, the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM).
Researchers from Babson College, the London Business School, and a university team for each participating country, explore the role of entrepreneurship in national economic growth. More than 200 scholars and researchers are currently participating in the GEM project. The results of GEM data analysis are used as a key benchmarking indicator by a number of distinguished regional, national and supranational authorities around the world. China has been an important part in GEM.
STEP
In 2005, we launched the Successful Transgenerational Entrepreneurship Practices (STEP) project. The STEP Project explores the entrepreneurial process within family businesses and practices for building legacies of social and economic wealth across generations. 2007, Asia program has started in HK, with members from China, Singpore, Japan, India etc.

Creating Partnerships with Educational Institutions in Asia
AIB establishes partnerships with major corporate universities, top business schools, and newly created private business schools in Asia. In a manner specific to Asia, AIB-associated faculty train faculty and lecturers from local institutions in the development and delivery of world-class management education.
Fostering Research and Advising Projects
AIB researches and advises on projects related to business and economic issues relevant to managers in Asia. This puts the most current management theories, analytical techniques, and academic case studies into a useful context for business people in Asia.
Creating Educational Materials Relevant to Asia
AIB develops educational materials, including cases and industry notes, about issues important to managers and companies in Asia. These materials enrich course work both within the Asia program offerings and in Babson's undergraduate, graduate, and executive education.
Delivering Management Education Programs in Asia
AIB designs, develops, and delivers Babson-quality management education programs expertly adapted to the Asian environment. These programs are delivered by Babson faculty from Babson Executive Education to companies in Asia, to managers from Asia who visit Babson College, and via distance learning. These programs use research and educational materials developed by Asia Institute.
