Imperial Cuisine originates from the royal kitchens where dishes and food were only cooked for the royal family.  After the fall of the Qing Dynasty, Imperial Cuisine began popular among the ordinary people with its original features that the raw material and the ingredients are carefully selected and the dishes are exquisitely prepared and delicately decorated in different colors with light taste and sufficient nutrition.

The original Man Han Banquet consists of 134 hot dishes and 48 cold dishes, besides 44 deserts.  There are so many dishes that one has to complete the entire banquet in several days.

Chinese Restaurant Magazine, the event organizer, will invite Huang Zheng Hua, the renowned chef of China, to host the sharing forum for chefs and share his expertise in the Chinese culinary with the American Chefs.  Chef Huang and his team would also prepare the royal feast first time in America.
